Neil T. Sutfin

Neil Sutfin specializes in selling Texas land, farms and cattle ranches.  He lives and breathes the lifestyle and knows how to guide buyers and sellers to the best values for realizing their dreams. He was born and raised on a ranch in Eastern Oregon, but if you ask him, he grew up in the Army after serving four years when he turned 18. Armed with a Texas Christian University’s bachelor’s degree in Ranch Management, Neil is your trusted advisor for anything Farm and Ranch.

All his life Neil has been around farms and ranches, giving him firsthand knowledge of what his clients are looking for. He knows how to convey key information such as stocking rates, grazing rotations, and any minor details that might be overlooked.

His personal philosophy is that a farm or ranch must be looked at differently and represented differently because these operations may have been in someone’s family for generations.  They have poured their blood, sweat, and tears into the land.  He will do no less for his clients.

An adventurer, Neil has explored Canada and South Africa. When Neil is not out researching farms and ranches, you can find him skiing or being outdoors and relaxing with friends.  He is a big fan of the outskirts of DFW where beautiful farm and ranch land can be found.
